Shell to acquire Chevron natural gas assets offshore Caribbean LNG producer Trinidad

Royal Dutch Shell has agreed to acquire natural gas fields from Chevron Corp. offshore the Caribbean LNG-producing nation of Trinidad and Tobago, including in the cross-border Loran Manatee gas field shared with Venezuela and where resources are estimated at 10 trillion cubic feet.
