Nova Scotia LNG project aiming to supply Uniper of Germany will list on Toronto Stock Exchange

Pieridae Energy of Canada is planning a reverse takeover and a listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange as it follows the lead of US LNG developers before the start of financing and construction of its Goldboro LNG plant in the Atlantic province of Nova Scotia.
