Alaska meeting of Arctic Council told by US and Russia that gas and stability at top of agenda

The Arctic Council, meeting in the Alaskan town of Fairbanks, had former ExxonMobil Chief Executive Rex Tillerson, the US Secretary of State, saying the US had not formulated its final greenhouse-gas policy, though he had overseen plans to produce Alaskan LNG to ship to Asia as a clean fuel.
