British Columbia welcomes TransCanada decision on Montney shale-gas pipeline project

The Canadian province of British Columbia welcomed the decision by pipeline company TransCanada Corp. to inform the National Energy Board it was proceeding with the construction of the North Montney Mainline project to transport shale-gas to North American markets.
