Shell formally withdraws plans for Canadian liquefaction and export plant inherited from BG

Royal Dutch Shell has formally withdrawn its plans for a Canadian liquefied natural gas liquefaction and export plant inherited as part of its acquisition of BG Group of the UK and located on Ridley Island near that port of Prince Rupert in British Columbia.
