Australian LNG player Woodside looks to returns from Wheatstone start-up and Senegal assets

Woodside Petroleum, the largest Australian liquefied natural gas plant operator, has recorded a full-year net profit of US$973 million compared with US$113M the previous year ahead of the start-up of the Wheatstone LNG plant in Western Australia scheduled to take place soon and as it acquired assets offshore Senegal in West Africa.
