Canadian National Energy Board decision adds to natural gas market and LNG project gridlock

The Canadian National Energy Board has added to the uncertainty in the natural gas market by declining a request by the largest pipeline company, TransCanada, to amend its tariff for storage transportation on the Canadian Mainline Gas system amid LNG project postponements and plunging prices.
