US liquefaction plant at Port Allen plans 2017 start to serve Mississippi marine traffic and trucks

US small-scale distribution company NuBlu Energy has started construction of a liquefaction plant along the Mississippi River at Port Allen in Louisiana to supply high-horsepower fuel users in the region including inland waterway vessels.
