West African state of the Ivory Coast expects to begin LNG imports with FSRU by mid-2018

The West African state of the Ivory Coast has signed an agreement to create a consortium headed by French energy company Total as it moves ahead with plans for a liquefied natural gas import facility that could begin receiving cargoes by mid-2018.
