LNG importer France shows more reliance on pipelines as Russian imports surge 27 percent

Gazprom executives have held talks in Paris with French counterparts and officials during which it was pointed out that the Russian natural gas giant had so far supplied 8 billion cubic metres of natural gas to France in 2016, a 27.3 per cent surge compared with the same period of 2015.
