Gas Authority of India sees earnings helped by share sale of Shell Mumbai fuel joint venture

Gas Authority of India, the state-run natural gas distribution company and one of the nation’s main liquefied natural gas importers, continued its earnings revival as it posted a jump in profit for the first quarter of fiscal 2016-2017 even as total revenues declined.
