US shipping line OSG plans spin-off for part of fleet including four Q-Flex LNG carriers

Overseas Shipholding Group Inc., the US shipping line with interests in four liquefied natural gas carriers that ship cargoes from Qatar, plans to separate its domestic and international fleets by spinning off the unit containing the LNG vessels.
