French import terminal owner Elengy plans truck-loading expansion with completion by 2017

French liquefied natural gas terminal operator Elengy said it was studying the construction of additional truck-loading facilities at the Montoir-de-Bretagne import terminal on the Atlantic Coast and has invited expressions of interest in capacity by July 29.
