Cove Point LNG project in Maryland completes almost 40 percent of building to enable exports

US energy and utility company Dominion has filed a report with regulators on the progress of the Cove Point LNG export project in Chesapeake Bay in the state of Maryland, scheduled to come on stream in late 2017.
