Japanese LNG engineer Chiyoda joins up with NYK Line in subsea sector amid merger activity

Japanese shipping and offshore project company Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha (NYK Line) has taken a stake in the subsea joint venture launched by Japanese liquefied natural gas and energy company Chiyoda Corp. amid consolidation in the sector.
