US regulator gives approval to Elba Island LNG export venture as second plant on East Coast

The US Elba Island liquefaction and export project near Savannah in Georgia has been fully authorized by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission as one of only two major exporting ventures planned for the East Coast.
