US shipyard in Philadelphia becoming specialist in building vessels ready for LNG conversion

The US Philly Shipyard in Philadelphia held a ceremonial keel-laying for a second product tanker in a four-vessel LNG-Ready order for American Petroleum Tankers, a subsidiary of US natural gas pipeline giant Kinder Morgan.
