France's Total wants US claims and fines for natural gas price-fixing heard by federal court

French energy company Total has taken its defence against a recent ruling and fines imposed by the US Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s enforcement office for trading manipulation and price fixing in the US Southwest to a federal district court in Texas.
