French Minister may seek ban on US LNG cargoes and force sale of Engie Louisiana stake

French Minister of the Environment, Energy and Marine Affairs, Segolene Royal, the former partner of current Socialist President Francois Hollande, says she will examine ways to ban liquefied natural gas imports sourced from shale gas and cited cargo imports from the US in a speech to parliament.
