Qatar-led LNG export project in Texas is given conditional approval by regulators

US regulators have given conditional clearance to the Golden Pass LNG export project in Texas being developed by Middle East producer Qatar Petroleum, with ExxonMobil Corp and ConocoPhillips as partners.
