Upgraded Excelerate LNG FSRU in Dubai gives record send-out and bunker service

US floating LNG project company Excelerate Energy said its vessel “Explorer” deployed in the United Arab Emirates has been upgraded to reach a landmark send-out capacity of 1.0 billion cubic feet per day at Jebel Ali port in Dubai and can also supply bunkering services.
