Shell's inherited Lake Charles LNG project may face delay unless US merger unravels

Energy Transfer Equity said it was still on course to make a final investment decision on the Lake Charles LNG export project in Louisiana with new partner Royal Dutch Shell and the facility could be in operation by 2020.
