IM Skaugen narrows loss amid optimism on growing Asian small-scale LNG market

IM Skaugen, the Norwegian operator of small-scale LNG carriers and other fuel vessels, narrowed its full-year losses as several bright spots remained in the liquefied natural gas shipping market, including serving small-scale hubs in Asia and elsewhere.
