US regulator told Corpus Christi LNG export plant in Texas is almost one-third complete

Cheniere Energy has told US regulators its Corpus Christi liquefied natural gas export project in Texas was almost a third complete as it prepared to ship the first cargo from its Louisiana venture at Sabine Pass.
