Sonatrach, the Algerian LNG producer, said it signed a contract with Japan’s Chiyoda Corp. and Italy’s Snamprogetti for a new LNG Train and facilities with a bigger capacity, higher price and shorter project execution timetable than a winning bid later disqualified.
