Japan’s K Line takes 15 percent stake in Flex LNG

Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha (K Line) said it will become a strategic investor in Flex LNG, having agreed to take 15 percent of the private placement of ordinary shares announced by the Norwegian offshore LNG developer.
