China firm buys group with plans to bring LNG technology to border with North Korea

PetroAsian, a Hong Kong-listed resources company specializing in oil exploration and trading, has acquired a liquefied natural gas group with agreements to develop LNG transportation in Liaoning Province in the northeast of China bordering North Korea.
