Obama nominee starts as head of FERC to oversee 30 LNG and other energy projects

US President Barack Obama's nominee Norman C. Bay has started work as the new Chairman of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the most important body in the nation for permitting liquefied natural gas and other energy projects.
