US regulators plan technical review at Georgia LNG export project near Savannah

US regulators plan to conduct a technical review and site inspection of the Elba Island liquefied natural gas import facility near Savannah, Georgia, which is being transformed into an export plant by pipeline company Kinder Morgan and Royal Dutch Shell.
