Japanese electric utilities use 7 percent less LNG for gas-fired generation in February

Japanese electric utilities consumed 4.84 million tonnes of liquefied natural gas in February compared with 5.19MT the previous month, a plunge of almost 7 percent, according to the Federation of Electric Power Companies of Japan.
