Leading LNG consultants Wood Mackenzie to be acquired for $2.8Bln by Verisk Inc.

Wood Mackenzie, the Edinburgh-based energy and LNG consultants, is to be acquired for $2.8 billion by Nasdaq-listed Verisk Analytics Inc. from the current owners, US equity fund Hellman and Friedman and other shareholders.
