Regulators clear Woodside purchase of Kitimat and Wheatstone LNG project stakes

The Australian Competition Commission said it would not oppose the acquisition by the largest liquefied natural gas operator, Woodside Petroleum, of Apache Corp.'s  interests in the Wheatstone and Kitimat LNG projects in Australia and Canada respectively.
