First US LNG export plant to ship more cargoes to Caribbean and Latin America

The Sabine Pass US liquefied natural gas export project in Louisiana, which will lead the first wave of overseas sales of the North American shale-gas surplus in early 2016, has been authorized by the US Department of Energy to sell more cargoes to Caribbean and Latin American nations.
