Nova Scotia Bear Head LNG project applies for US permit to export feed-gas to Canada

The Bear Head LNG project in the Canadian province of Nova Scotia has applied to the US Department of Energy to export up to 440 billion cubic feet per year of US natural gas from areas such as the Rocky Mountains and the Gulf of Mexcio to Canada where it will be processed into liquefied natural gas then re-exported to other nations.
