Floating LNG facility for Puerto Rico given conditional go-ahead by US regulators

The Aguirre floating LNG import facility to be located offshore the US territory of Puerto Rico has received its final report from regulators saying the terminal would have only limited adverse environmental impacts and could go ahead with mitigation measures.
