Ex-Statoil Chief Lund joins BG earlier as CEO to help put LNG player back on track

BG Group, the global LNG portfolio player, said former Chief Executive of Norway's Statoil Helge Lund, had formally started work as the CEO of the UK company on February 9, a month earlier than originally scheduled amid the exceptional financial measures being taken by global energy companies to cope with the oil price drop.
