Gazprom in Singapore puts India on par with China and Japan for Russian LNG

The Singapore unit of Russia's Gazprom Marketing and Trading division has signed a long-term sales and purchase contract for liquefied natural gas from the Yamal LNG project in Russia's Far North being developed by Novatek, the country's second-largest gas company after Gazprom.
