Buyer of US LNG consultancy and gas processing firm MEI completes takeover

HDR, an engineering and consulting firm based in Omaha, Nebraska, has completed the acquisition of MEI,  an LNG consulting firm and provider of gas processing, hydrocarbon storage and transport infrastructure services.
