New York energy company Hess plans a US-style LNG tolling deal at Australian plant

Hess Corp., the New York-based oil and gas company, has signed a provisional agreement to become a liquefaction tolling customer of the Woodside Petroleum-operated North West Shelf plant in Western Australia.
