Apache sells Australian and Canadian LNG project stakes to Woodside Petroleum

Apache Corp. has agreed to sell its interests in two LNG projects, the Wheatstone venture in Western Australia and the planned Kitimat plant in Canada, along with accompanying upstream feed-gas reserves, to Woodside Petroleum for a price of $2.75 billion.
