Nova Scotia LNG project moves forward even as other Canadian ventures stall

Bear Head LNG, the project to build an export project in the Canadian province of Nova Scotia, has applied to the US Department of Energy to export feed-gas by pipeline from the northeast states into Canada for liquefaction and sale to Europe and elsewhere.
