US natural gas supplier to Washington D.C. will also sell LNG feed-gas to India's GAIL

The company that supplies Washington D.C. with natural gas has signed an agreement with Gas Authority of India's US unit to supply feed-gas for the Indian company's LNG liquefaction tolling activities at the Cove Point export plant being developed in the state of Maryland.
