Sempra seeks to re-export foreign LNG from US until Louisiana plant is completed

Sempra Energy, owner of the US Cameron LNG export project in Louisiana and an import terminal in Mexico, said its marketing unit had applied for a permit to re-export cargoes from foreign sources.
