Cedigaz outlines impact of Japanese policy changes as LNG cargo prices fall under $12

Japan's energy policy is undergoing fundamental changes ahead of the start-up of US LNG exports to East Asia and amid continued indecision over the future of the nuclear industry, according to international energy group Cedigaz.
