Horn of Africa nation Djibouti plans LNG import terminal under development plan

Djibouti, the small Horn of Africa nation on the southern side of the Gulf of Aden opposite LNG producer Yemen, said it planned to build an LNG import terminal as part of a $5 billion plan to develop its infrastructure.
