Nova Scotia project seeks Canadian permit to import US feed-gas then export it as LNG

Bear Head LNG Corp. has filed an application with Canada's National Energy Board (NEB) for an export licence for up to 12 million tonnes per annum of LNG from a plant in Nova Scotia.
