THIS WEEK: Japan has brighter outlook for price and supplies of LNG cargo imports

Falling oil prices are bringing a brighter outlook for Japanese importers seeking more economic LNG cargoes and a government trying to lower its current 7.3 trillion yen ($64 billion) bill for the fuel, double what it was before 2011.
