African LNG developer Ophir agrees terms with Equatorial Guinea for FLNG project

UK-based LNG developer Ophir Energy has agreed tax and financial terms with the West African nation of Equatorial Guinea for a production sharing agreement and Floating LNG venture, opening the way for new project shareholders to come on board.
