Main US LNG plant on East Coast begins construction for India and Japan shipments

US energy and natural gas pipeline company Dominion said it had started construction activities for the Cove Point LNG export plant on Chesapeake Bay in the state of Maryland, the largest such facility on the East Coast and whose cargoes are destined for India and Japan.
