Largest East Mediterranean LNG developer submits Leviathan LNG and gas field plans

Noble Energy, the leading company for LNG development in the Eastern Mediterranean, said in its third-quarter earnings report it had submitted development plans for its LNG and natural gas projects in the huge Leviathan field offshore Israel as it also pursues a Cyprus LNG venture.
